The tinto is a blend of 70% Mencía and 30% Merenzao all hand-harvested grapes that are fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel then aged in steel for 12 months before bottling.
A beautiful violet robe followed by a lush blackberry and cherry nose. Fresh and soft on the pallette some bitter black cherry opens to juicy finish with some air. Excellent depth with a slight white pepper finish. $25.
