Established in 2008, the collaboration between winemakers Daniel Gomez Jimenez-Landi and Fernando García has yielded some of Spain’s most coveted and fascinating wines, known for their graceful complexity. Centered around Garnacha, all the reds, except the entry-level Los Brujos bottling, are in high demand and somewhat elusive due to limited production (seven wines from 10 hectares of vineyards) and widespread popularity. The winemaking style is notably elegant, prioritizing balance and energy over sheer strength. The vineyards, situated in a cool, mountainous area, in central Spain contribute to the wines’ freshness even in warmer vintages, thanks to old vines planted at high altitudes.
The wine presents vibrant floral and spice notes, displaying a distinct energetic character without unnecessary heaviness. Often likened to Pinot Noir for their elegant detail, these wines are far from lacking in flavor intensity.
A fresh, aromatic, smooth wine made from 100% Garnacha grapes. Fruit-driven, with well-integrated oak, it exhibits an elegant, good minerality, and a silky structure. Very light-bodied and silky smooth on the palate. It finishes with fine tannins, showcasing the deft hands that crafted it. Purchase this and store it for up to 10 years.
