I’ve recently explored the Joaquin grape variety and wanted to delve into other winemakers who use the same grape. This Fiano is both intense and elegant. It begins with a subtle twinkle of aromatic herbs, followed by vibrant notes of pink grapefruit. After the initial olfactory impression, the scent of sage takes center stage, forming an exquisite duet with the recently emerged passionfruit. The finish is remarkably long and captivating.
