Château Saint Cyrgues Costières-de-Nîmes Rosé 2024
France, Rhône, Southern Rhône, Costières-de-Nîmes
80% Syrah, 20% Grenache
Organic
From the crossroads of Provence and the Camargue, this organic rosé is everything you want on a warm-weather day. Made using the traditional saignée method, where a portion of juice is drawn off from fermenting red grapes, it offers a little more character and depth than your average rosé while remaining bright and refreshing.
Light-bodied and lively, it opens with aromas of spring flowers, wild cherry, and fresh raspberry. The palate is crisp, dry, and wonderfully refreshing, with plenty of juicy fruit balanced by clean acidity.
This is an easy drinking rosé that consistently overdelivers for the price. A terrific value and a bottle that’s hard not to reach for again.
