Not surprisingly, with 4 years of barrel aging followed by 6 years in bottle prior to release this was stunning. Nice oak, deep lemon, nuts, honey, wax, cream, saltiness. The palate has an oily mouthfilling texture without a ton of weight, and refreshing acidity and refreshing acidity with a long finish. Really complex and beautiful oxidative style wine. A very special wine.
