Last weekend, I had the pleasure of attending the Boston Wine Expo, where I was presented with the opportunity to sample a vast assortment of wines. The selection included a mix of new and familiar names, as well as offerings from established winemakers. Before delving into the tasting, I carefully chose which distributor/importer wines I would be sampling.
After looking over the hundreds of wines, I ultimately discovered 21 wines that I felt were worth sampling. I’ve provided my tasting notes below, organized by country/region – Spain, Oregon, Napa/Sonoma, and France. Within each category, there were a few truly exceptional wines that stood out.
Of the wines presented here 4 didn’t live up to my expectations, However, I highly recommend giving those that did a try. They are sure to impress and delight your palate.
