Although often referred to as Gavi due to its Piedmont origins, traditional Gavi is predominantly made from the Cortese grape. However, “Serra Lupini” is a single-vineyard wine focused on the Arneis grape, a noble white variety cultivated by the Negro family in the heart of the DOCG since 1670.
This is a perfect, easy-drinking summer wine with an intense straw-yellow color. Its fragrance is filled with yellow-fleshed fruits, especially peach, along with hints of acacia flowers and tropical fruits. On the palate, it offers a soft yet persistent attack, with a refreshing, mineral finish.
