Year after year, Raventós i Blanc impresses with its elegant and graceful De Nit, a rosé that offers a hint of color and floral fruit. The wine is crafted from Xarello, Macabeu, and Parellada grapes, with the addition of Monastrell (also known as Mourvèdre) providing its distinctive color. Unlike other sparkling wine producers, Raventós no longer uses the Cava designation, instead opting for Conca del Riu Anoia to signify top-quality sparkling wine from Catalonia.
This is a delicious sparkler at a great price from a quality producer. It has a slightly toasty nose due to its youth, with fresh strawberry and raspberry aromas complemented by hints of melon. On the palate, mild red fruits and nuttiness are present, creating a delightful tasting experience.
